Catholic Church to begin investigations after two nuns were found to be pregnant

The Catholic church adheres to strict rules of chastity or that’s what the rules are at least.

Two nuns who recently returned from missionary work in Africa have been found to be pregnant. The pregnancies don’t seem to be related and the church has now launched a major investigation into the situation.

One of the nuns, based out of a convent in Sicily’s Nebrodi mountains, was found to be pregnant when she went to a doctor regarding stomach pains.

She has since been moved to Palermo where she is planning to give birth to the baby.

The second is mother superior of an institute for the elderly in Ragusa Sicily. Her pregnancy was discovered several weeks after visiting her home in Madagascar.

These two cases are definitely not the first of their kind.
